Drawing:

No more than 1,000 raffle tickets will be sold at $20.00 per ticket.  The winning ticket will be drawn on October 25, 2014 at the Williams Rotary Western Auction.  A person designated by the Willims Rotary Club will conduct the drawing.  All winning tickets will be drawn in order from the lowest prize amount to the highest prize amount. After all winners have been announced two alternative tickets will be drawn as explained in the next section, Claiming the Prize.

Claiming the Prize:

The prize winners do not need to be present at the drawing to win.  If prize winners are not present at the drawing, the Williams Rotary Club will attempt to contact the prize winner at the address or phone number that the prize winner provided.  In any event, the prize winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) business days of the drawing.  In order to claim and accept the prize, the prize winner, if not known by the Williams Rotary Club, must present the winning raffle ticket, government issued identification and a valid social security number.  The ticket must be an original (not a photocopy) and must be in sufficiently good condition to determine whether it is, in fact, the winning ticket.

If the prize winner does not claim and accept the prize in accordance with the foregoing rules, the prize will be awarded to the first alternative ticket holder.  If the first alternative ticket holder does not claim the prize in accordance with the foregoing rules, the prize will be awarded to the second alternative ticket holder.  If the second alternative ticket holder does not claim the prize in accordance with the foregoing rules, the prize may be cancelled.
